  • Gentle cardio-vascular aerobic activity – good for the heart but not strenuous.
  • Tones muscles, particularly in the arms (and may reduce bingo wings!).
  • Also good for leg muscles at towers with lots of steps!
    Some ringing chambers are on the ground floor with no need to climb stairs.
  • Improves core strength – good for posture.
  • Provides a good stretch – excellent for shoulders and backs.
